Just throwing this in here as a question. The skill says it reduces the time of "negative effects" by 50% while active. But what exactly are neagtive effects, has anyone tested this thoroughly?

Some effects that I would like to know, does it affect:

- Snares, Roots, Stuns
- Damage over time effects (abilities and sets)
- bleeds
- Status effects (chilled, burning, poisoned, concusssed, off-balance, ...)
- general debuffs (maim, defile, breach, ...)

Just trying to personally evaluated how strong the 50% reduced uptime buff of the skill actually is.
