No manage subscription option??

I ordered the physical imperial edition. I've been able to access the game since early access started on Sunday, but now that the game has launched, I can't get in. I got the alert that I need to manage my subscription but I don't have the option to in my account page. Does this have to do with not having gotten the physical game yet? I just want to play this game :(.....

    Hi, your not alone. I have no option to manage the subscription.
    And My codes are invalid. I am currently looking for a solve issue.
    best answer i have is no answer, some suggestions game stop failed.
    I have the digital version, and no option for subscription at this time.

    Well, I can't help you completely as I can still access the game, but the notice also mentions they are extending the early access to the 6th to make up for all the down time, which I believe is why I and you don't have a Manage Subscription option.

    Edit* I was incorrect, the reason I don't have one is because I haven't officially gotten my code from the third party retailer I purchased from. Did you buy from the Zenimax store or somewhere else?

    I bought from a third party retailer, so I haven't gotten the code yet either. Considering early access was extended, I should still be able to get into the game, right? However, whenever I press play on the client to try to open the game, a crash notice comes up. Customer support wasn't the most helpful on this issue either:/. I tried explaining the problem last night and all they said was the manage subscription problem was on the right side of the page... I guess I'll give it another go..

    I have the SAME issue. I got the digital Imperial edition from amazon and already entered my Code which granted me the 5 day early access

    When I mentioned there being no subscription bar they simply told me to look in the upper corner for it.

    What part of it's not there did they not comprehend. They need to fix this so we can actually keep playing.

    Yes of course, I see the issue now! It must've been my old eyes playing tricks on me, as I see you have not yet redeemed your game code. You should have gotten a game code from whomever you purchased the game from which would allow you to redeem the actual game, as in your screen shot it only shows that you've redeemed the early access code. I hope this helps elucidates the situation for you and you're able to access it soon. Please let me know if you have a continued issue."
