Feature Request: Hide Vampire appearance option

Can you add an option to hide the impact of Vampirsm on our characters - for all of the reasons discussed in one of the many previous posts on this (two for example):

U can simply not hide it instead of limiting player choice.

there will be a option to look like a werewolf next patch without being one, aside from werewolf lord, so I don't see why not

If the skin tone was realitve to the guy in the picture.I would say that is acceptable,but the vampires in eso look like white paint with fugly veins popping out.

I just wish my tattoos and body paints still looked normal on my vampires. That's really my only problem with vampire appearance. I look soooo good at Stage 3.
