I have 10 of them in my house storage. They are TOO expensive (3-8k per single voucher, gg) to do.
So the question is: Will they be transformed to new JC writs in the future?
I expect official answer from ZOS team.

Sure, that would be in theory the fair and professional conduct, but in reality can you imagine? ZOS would come here in the thread saying:
"yes guys, it's right, we messed up and you won't get nothing, those were supposed to be rewards for your time invested in crafting but they are just trash and you can forget the rewards, it's just trash".
Because that's simply the true and nothing else.
A studio I would define good, would have provided a very different one: "yes guys, we messed up and apologize for the inconvenient, we are going to replace the old master writs with surveys (or something) to give you at least a reward for the time and effort invested in crafting"
Obviously this should have been declared from the very start the problem has been reported (but often they seem to take a very loong of time to even acknowledge) to prevent people selling those writs for 1g and people farming them at stores.
And obviously this shouldn't have happened in the first place, since whoever just marginally know the crafting system of this game, would have noticed it's not remotely worth to do those writs and the developers are supposed to know the game very well, not marginally.
tl/dr They are TRASH.

You're avoiding more than just the possibility of destroying a master writ. Jewelry surveys work fine.
I've had some luck selling them at around a quarter of the value of other writs... Last I saw on the forums they will not convert them to higher values. The post-updated ones (I'm on PS4) will still be garbage return on investment according to last pts thread I saw on it.Fear is the Mindkiller0 -

✭✭✭✭✭ZOS did provide an Official Answer in the patch notes, Writs will not be retroactively changed to the new values.
Personally, at the new values they are still too expensive due to the rarity of the upgrade tempers. Plus, I have everything I want from the Writ VendorEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Sells the new ones for more, they are still not cost effective compared to other master writs.
