Every game I've ever played has had some affect on my real life. Mostly, that's been the amount of time I've been forced to delegate to cleaning.... I'm not much interested in being a spotless housekeeper - my mother was one, and well.... I'm more of the sort who says "clean enough to be healthy, messy enough to be happy" (nope, that didn't fly with my mother, but then nothing I did actually flew with her so *shrug*).

Beyond that, I see Blessed Thistle (which seems fairly hard to find in game) in some of the oddball greenery that grows here on our property; we have half an acre divided into a quarter acre for horse meadow plus stalls, and the other quarter acre is a very steep hill - 45 degrees - with the house on it - and we don't "landscape" so no lawn thank the goddesses. There's some railroad tie steps and lots of bulbs (iris, daffs, etc.) and - weeds I suppose. One of the weeds is just like Blessed Thistle - and I always stop and give it a little blessing - hoping to get more of it in game!

Then there's driving out of here to town (40 miles one way), and I see jute in the sunflowers. I really ought to take pics I guess!

Husband has his damned tv going all day - but I can be in game headphoned so.... well, yeah I hear all that crap anyway. Someone explain to me why an 84 year old man thinks Judge Judy is something wonderful to watch? I want to throw the damn tv off the deck - 14 feet down.... *SIGH*

Ugh. First world issues....
