    3. Technical Details - 8 I don't play cyrodiil often, I do however play all PvE content 24/7 and although I may just be lucky I don't have as many issues as people claim to have. Gonna have to say the bandwagon effect has alot to do with peoples perception of bugs. But then I may just be biased due to the type of content I play.

You say that there are no bugs in your type of content, but PvE is by far the buggiest part of the game. It makes me seriously question if you pay attention to what you are playing or not. Like, how often do ZOS release PvE content and it's got bugs all over it? Just look at Wolfhunter.. Broken No Death achievement and boss attack in March of Sacrifices, as well as somehow managing to swap boss drops in Imperial City dungeons. Not to mention that they had to shut down Asylum, because the exploit that they "fixed" was still possible.

To claim that the outrage about bugs (which has been a major problem with this game from day 1) is all just people jumping on the bandwagon is incorrect. I swear some people will go to absurd lengths to forgive things or ignore problems, just because they like something, but there's no need to lie. ESO is by far one of the buggiest games I've ever played. They manage to break major aspects of the game with every big Update, and sometimes even with smaller patches. And their spaghetti code makes it so they end up bringing back bugs they've already fixed, and they even designed their game in such a way that we ended up with hackers having a whale of a time during the Cheat Engine fiasco.

There are many ways that Elder Scrolls Online is an excellent game and so entertaining. I am curious how all of you would rate the game on many points. Please respond to this post with your ratings in the following areas. Please use a 10 point scale with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest score.

    1. Visual Art/Graphics - 10 - This is a visually stunning game. Absolutely beautifully done. The artwork is amazing, and I can only imagine the fun ZOS had putting all of it together.

    2. Story Line/Content - 7 - Up until some of the newer DLC's, I would have given this a 10. However, some of the DLC feels a little more like recycled content … "Go back to Stonefalls and do this..."

    3. Technical Details - 1 - There are still so many broken things in this game, especially in PVP. Random loading screens, doors that wont work when you need them to the most …. etc.

    4. Customer Service - 1 - Automated responses aren't customer service. ZOS is way too secretive about too many details for no apparent reason. They tend to listen to the loudest wheels instead of considering the entire majority. They do little to provide great customer service to the average customer.

    Visual Art/Graphics - 10 10!
    Story Line/Content - 7 10!
    Technical Details - 1 9. No game gets a 10. Ever.
Customer Service - 1 10. All my tickets were resolved quickly and accurately.
