1. Visual Art/Graphics - 10 - I agree entirely with the OP's assessment (based in my case on the PC version with middle-of-the road systems and no enhancements),
2. Story Line/Content -10 - I find the storyline quests engrossing. Some duplication of themes is inevitable in a game of this size but I don't find them repetitive as such, and they avoid the "kill 10 rats" quests more effectively than a good many MMOs I've played. That would merit a "9" which I've upped to "10" because of the sheer amount of text, lore, and the full voiceover content provided.
3. Technical Details - 9 - I've really had no significant issues since PC launch but then I don't PvP, do competitive PvE or use addons. I've had a couple of broken quests, one of which I abandoned and retook without any problem completing it and the other was fixed a week after I encountered it. I've really only down-scored it for the launcher which isn't the best I've used although the game itself has performed for me as well as any MMO and better than some.
4. Customer Service - N/A - Although I'm impressed with the work Gina and Jessica have done consistently over a number of years on the forums, compared to many MMOs where the staff lose interest after a while (or get frightened away!), it isn't really fair for me to score this one as I have never had occasion to submit a ticket. That in itself helps to explain the higher scores above because I just haven't had the sort of problems that some others clearly have had, although I often think that when people have submitted masses of tickets and complain about the responses it tells us more about them than it does about Customer Service or indeed the game itself. A couple of times I have PM'd Gina about something and both times got a helpful and immediate reply, so I'd give Gina a "10" for that !
9 overall.
I dont do much PvP, so the game pretty much runs flawlessly for me. The times I have spent in PvP were not perfect, but I am only there for Caltrops...
I do wish they would fix the lag issues, but until they split the PvP skills and eliminate AoE, the calculations are going to be a huge load.
I'd say General: 14/10. Mostly not to pain Velidreth though...AhPook_Is_Here wrote: »This game goes to 11.

2. Story Line/Content - 9 - The summerset storyline is really well done, all DLC's have a really strong core story line to them.
If we are counting content as in Dungeons/ Trials as well then it would be a 10 just because in my experience of playing MMO's this game has the best dungeons by far and well though out and consistent trial releases.
3. Technical Details - 8 I don't play cyrodiil often, I do however play all PvE content 24/7 and although I may just be lucky I don't have as many issues as people claim to have. Gonna have to say the bandwagon effect has alot to do with peoples perception of bugs. But then I may just be biased due to the type of content I play.
On a side note, please someone try to find a multiplayer game that the community doesn't think is buggy or has server lag etc. It just doesn't happen. Even in DotA 2 (A game that I would claim has the best server performances and fewest bugs possible people still complain about lag and the amount of bugs)
4. Customer Service - N/A; never needed to contact them so cannot give an opinion
I do thing more categories should be added. As I almost feel I am doing a disservice here, this is by far the game in which I have played and enjoyed the most ever. Played > 5000 hours and don't intend on stopping soon.

2. Story Line/Content - 7 - Up until some of the newer DLC's, I would have given this a 10. However, some of the DLC feels a little more like recycled content … "Go back to Stonefalls and do this..."
3. Technical Details - 1 - There are still so many broken things in this game, especially in PVP. Random loading screens, doors that wont work when you need them to the most …. etc.
4. Customer Service - 1 - Automated responses aren't customer service. ZOS is way too secretive about too many details for no apparent reason. They tend to listen to the loudest wheels instead of considering the entire majority. They do little to provide great customer service to the average customer.
Yes, but 1 isn't fair (1 or 2 means that is unplayable, and I cannot agree with your judgment). There are still so many broken things in this game
Average.
Bioshock set a bar so high, no game since its release has ever come close to its "Masterpiece" rating that I've played.
Thus, comparing ESO to Bioshock is like comparing a Twizzler to an ingrown toenail.
