I don't have CC and Paypal. How do I redeem my code?

Hello,

I need some assistance.

I do not have any credit card or Paypal account. I purchased my game from GMG using store credit.

GMG sent me the game code + explorer pack but I'm not able to redeem it.

Every time I try to redeem, it's asking me to choose subscription and enter payment details.

How do I solve this? Please help.

Simple answer is you cannot. You will lose access to the game as of April 6th. Good on them for not letting everyone know that a payment method was required to access the 30 days of free game time.

you can still use playspan or paysafe.... but you wont get your moneyback.. you buy another 30 days of playingtime.

maybe a friend with creditcard ? he will get the money back when you cancel the transaction right after the purchase.

I'm in the same boat here. Was laid off from work last week. I don't have a dime to my name. I was expecting this to be like every other MMO I have every played, use your free game time then be prompted to add a subscription. So I guess I will be trying for a refund. It sucks, I was really excited for this game, all that excitement is gone now.

I can recommend setting up a PayPal account if a credit card is out of your reach or interest. But to set up a PayPal account you will need a bank that provides you online banking access in order to verify the bank account within the PayPal account.

The good news is, setting up a fully verified PayPal account takes very little time if you have online banking.

Edit: I have been using PayPal for many years with no problems and can assure you it works fine... Providing you don't hand out the account information.

i will say it again...

if you have a friend with paypal or credicard.... he will get the money back ! its a certification... !
so you dont owe him the money.. he will get it back from zeni .. aslong you cancel the subscription.. you can still play then with your 30 days which are included in the game purchase ( sry not a native english speaker and its getting realy early here :P )

But paypal will still charge you just as your card might. From what I gather, they don't have the option of going out to buy a prepaid card. Some people here seem to think that everyone is made of money and if they don't have it in their bank account it must be in gold bars and cash somewhere else.

this is what all mmos do I don't know why they wont just let you have your first month without putting something in but it is what it is. I have a pre paid visa I use for MMOs

get a prepaid CC bro, saves you this hassle of needing to put a sub first before redeeming. got mine and never looked back hahaha.

Honestly this is nightmare for users without CC. What is this Zenimax?

Why can't I just use my game code and play? I'll be buying my game card from Amazon later.

Very disappointed.

I ended up buying 60 days card from shop to activate the game. I know I'll play but this is still stupid thing to not allow user to redeem main game without CC/Paypal.
