Did not get Treasure Maps or Vanity Pet Emails

Hello!

I got an email with a monkey attached and an email with a Mara Scroll. Did not get any email with Treasure Maps or Mud Crab or the other vanity pet. I have checked all characters and they are no where to be seen. I did not delete any characters. Other people have gotten them, and I am a bit concerned because of the huge problem that occurred on the last Beta Weekend when a majority of emails were not sent then either.

Please look into this, thanks!

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I don't think they realize that according to http://elderscrollsonline.com/en-uk/preorder that page, the Treasure Maps and the Scuttler Pet are not tied to the Imperial Edition and not making them available until 4/4/14 sort of defeats the purpose of them being a pre-order bonus.

Yea the treasure maps are separate from the actual imperial bonuses. I did not receive them either, is there some way of getting them? My daughter got hers on her account.

Same problem here. Not a big deal to me if it does sort itself out at launch though. I just hope it will be fixed.

If you order the physical copy of the game you get the code for them with your physical copy. You only get them now if you pre-ordered the digital copy.

That applied to the standard pre-orders but what about digital? Any ideas on that?

As it's been stated, those were sent earlier than they should. Actually, we aren't supposed to receive those items before April 4th release: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4736/

The full range of in-game benefits from the Explorer's Pack will be unlocked on April 4, 2014.

i already received the email on my character but i only got the pledge of mara, i didn't get the mudcrab and scuttler pets or the maps. since i already received that email i'm not sure if they'll send me another one, i hope so.

So basically because we spent as much money as possible to support the game we are being forced to wait until the 4th while people who spent less are already allowed to use the items. Seems kinda backwards. But oh well at least its only cosmetic

I think i got a digital copy so im just wanting to know are we sure that we will get the maps and pets cause I read some where that the maps were only gonna be avilable during early acces

I have the standard pre-order (Physical copy) however when I try to redeem my code for the Scuttler vanity pet, Play as any race and the bonus treasure maps I get the message:-

"This product requires The Elder Scrolls Online"

Oh and I have checked both my bank and ingame mailbox.

Same here, have the pre-purchased standard and didn't get the pet and maps so far.
