Vistrix✭Sounds slightly obvious but did you quit and try launching the game again?
I had the exact same issue but a restart solved it.

and all the game is black, i can't see anything. i can see the HUD like the tips like press WASD to walk,things like that
And my graphics card is GTX 550 TI

Guys i fixed it by chanching something in the usersettings.txt.
What i did was changing SET GraphicsDriver.7 D3D9 TO D3D110
