About ZOS's DLC policy

I don't know about you guys, but i am so dissapointed about the price/content ratio we get with these DLCs. The wolfhunter DLC brings 2 new dungeons at the price of roughly ~25 euros. Like seriously, we don't get 5% of the content WoW players get for the same amount of money paid when a new expansion is released. Keep in mind that expansions there are so big that not even all ESO's DLCs combined bring as much content as one WoW expansion. And their subscription is even cheaper, 11euros a month and can be paid with in game gold, compared to 13euros here ( 11 euro only if you buy 6 months at once ).

Yes, i am aware that subscription gives a free acces to DLCs as long as it lasts and the DLC price is high so it forces buying the subscription, but in the end we get very low value for our money. Not to mention we do not have end game lore/content that could go hand in hand with eachother, just random stuff threw around to keep the game "somewhat" fresh. WoW's lore/story goes hand in hand with the expansions and it was continued since the first release. And that makes it so interesting, seeing/playing a story and complete some content that evolved with a well thought out story, not just random dlcs threw around with some random quests / *** stories. Why can't we have high quality here ?

IDK what you bought, but Wolfhunter costs 1500 crowns, roughly $15, which is like 13 Euro.

And ofc the 6 month sub is the best value. Frankly the value of the ESO+ sub is much better than WoW - WoW you only get access to the game, big whoop.

Not exactly. To get 11 euro/month value you have to buy 6 months here, only 1 month in WoW. Plus, in wow you can pay with gold which is much easier to farm, and they don't have an artificial limit with inventory space like we do here. Yes, you ONLY get acces to the game, but then you don't require a "craft bag" to be able to do your proffessions.

Sure, you could say you can also buy stuff with gold from other players's crown shop, but then let's be reasonable; not having eso+ means farming gold in the first place is atleast twice harder; no inventory space, no bonus, twice more time required for farming /returns to empty bags, and so on.

Edit: Again, i am comparing to wow because both of these games are p2p and they get much more value there. We just don't get enough for our money and as i bought and paid the sub i am entitled to point out things i believe are wrong ! It's nothing unusual, replies like "go play wow" are just dumb.

Once again, I paid Eur 4.46. Try to beat that.

First of all, you don't need to buy ESO+ to be a rightful customer of any Zenimax service.

Second, you are entitled to nothing but having your account terminated for any or no reason at any time.

Wanna feel important? Save the whales or do something similar. Don't believe you are the owner of Zenimax or even worse, try to pretend that in public.

That sounds very stupid to me and if that's true, he probably regreted it immediately. People that are here already paid for this and want the game to improve.

"@noob in denial" The dev was actually on the board, discussing playing the game as a player. People were having a nice, civil, rather interesting discussion about characters, quests, and game stuff in general. There was one poster who came into the thread more than once with less than civil remarks along the line of "What are you doing here wasting time you should be fixing your POS game." I don't think the dev regretted telling him "You don't have to be here." Instead of contributing to the discussion with a dev, he contributed nothing but hostility, and I haven't seen another "dev discussing the game as a player" post since. Would have been nice to talk to the dev as a player and present "civilian" points of view on how well quests or game mechanics were working, but thanks to the thread crasher and other happy posters, the opportunity is no longer there.

Actual question will stay the same: Then why are you not playing WoW?

If you find it more lucrative and their policy more appealing it would be a reasonable consequence to leave eso.
