I didn't get the explorer's pack, did they take it down the day I bought it just to mess with me or is there a problem?

Ariane✭✭✭If you purchased the game from a retailer, you should receive two codes (not counting the early access one), one of them with the explorer's pack. I did not received the second code either, so I suppose that's the reason we cannot get those items
