Running/Walking Bug

I Had Recently Completed the third quest for the Harborage quest line after defeating the End NPC I noticed I couldn't Run It looks like I'm power walking. I tried toggling my run/walk and also tried to run while holding shift. This didn't fix it I reloaded my Ui and restarted the Game and still doesn't work. I noticed my horse moves at a real slow speed also and I can sneak faster then It's allowing me to run. I created a new character and he runs/walks normally. I'm not sure what other way to fix this issue would be.

    Kill yourself.

    No seriously, that's the fix, lol. Had the same problem, nothing worked until I used /stuck to kill myself, then all was normal.

    Yeah, That was really annoying, I'd rather have lag.

    The same problem happened to me during the Level 20 Main Story quest involving Abnur Tharn. The /stuck trick fixed it. Thank you, !Vodkaphile for that tip.

    I believe mine was also the Level 20 Main Story, what I did notice before using /stuck was I had been given a buff called Ultimate Power or something along that line but when scrolling over it showed no details compared to the others I also had, but after using /stuck the buff was gone and I could run again. Can't say for sure if the buff was the cause though.

    I had the same problem. The buff is given by Manimarco in the fight. I guess it's a bug were the buff sticks with you.
    After trying and killing myself, the buff was gone.

    Yeah It should fix it. It did for me after spending nearly an hour running around like that. I do think it was the buff myself also.

    Yeah, and if you look closely you can see a debuff called "Overwhelming Power", might have something to do with it.
