Everything is blinking after undate 19

It's not only keep upgrades in Cyrodiil blink after update 19, just noticed the same happening to objects in Craglorn.

May be i can turn on/off something under Video in settings? Really annoying.

Oh, that is a new one for me, i had last night one in Cyrodiil. Whenever my toon looked down, the whole sky turned reddish, it looked epic, lol

Try changing your graphic settings by lower different settings and see if the flickering continues. You can change the game's graphics settings by following the process below:

From ESO’s log in screen, click SETTINGS.
Select Video.
Lower your View Distance.
Change your Display Mode and lower the Resolution.
Turn Anti-Aliasing off.
Lower your Graphics Quality setting.

"High" shadow quality instead of "ultra" actually worked out. But it does not explain why this happening after that last Update. I used to play with highest video quality (only grass turned off), feeling a bit sad now.

also getting this issue for the first time today as well. in craglorn. seems to be a issue thats been happening for several months now... might be specific to the gtx 1070/1080 era graphics cards

Having the same issue , only in Craglorn. For a second there I thought my GPU was dying. But then again , I'm surprised my GTX 760 still runs this game lol.
