Account page not available in Firefox (but it is in IE)

I've been waiting all day to replace my early access code with my real one, reloading the page at at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ (which redirects to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/en/) in Firefox 27 multiple times, with it just having an error saying it's still in Maintenance pending launch.

But when I eventually tried to open the page in IE 11 it went straight in, remembering my login.

Why is that? And what is the issue?

Works in both browsers here and Chrome - might of been a problem at the time you tried for some reason or it is your set up?

Just use the one that works and do what you need to do!

Delete cookies/cache and restart firefox.

Having the same issue, have tried IE and Firefox, cleared cookies in both, still getting maintenance screen $:\$

@Combustable‌ try deleting the EN of the end of the address in IE. With, it didn't work, without it was fine.

Alternatively, open your ESO launcher then click the Account button along the top and see if that works. That was how I found out IE worked, because it launched from there.
