It only refunds 150 ult, not total consumed. However I do wonder if it stacks. You could get some seriously good trains going with that.
I've been attempting to run Onslaught on my stamblade for the resistance ignoring features. It really doesn't hit hard enough now to be that useful. I've had players in execute range and a crit doesn't kill them. And I have the skill critting for 30K against pve mobs. Add to that it is dodgeable. Balorgh may add some value to it, but I feel like more often than not, you are going to be wasting the ultimate.

30k against pve mobs is quite weak tbh.
If you make a onslaught build you need to go all in.
