I purchased a digital copy of ESO in July of 2015, played and subbed for about a year - year and a half. I took a long break and finally decided to get back in to the game. i re-downloaded the game from my media library under the same PSN ID and when i started up the game, it tells me that my account has been banned. I try to go to the support section of the website and i get caught in a cruel loop of sign in / account suspended / login to unlock. I submitted two trouble tickets 180814-004097 & 180814-004214 but i don't know how to check up on them since i can't log in to the support section of the web site. I've looked for a phone number to talk to a real person but that has escaped me so far. Devs / Vets, please provide help or advice.
