If we all liked the same thing, the world would be boring.I have that Senche and I can tell you it's poo poo anyway.
Very glad department stores aren't like this. Imagine getting a box of random clothes you bought and it could be male, it could be female, it could be for a baby, it could be for an adult, could be a swimming suit, could be winter boots. Who knows! But no returns!Androconium wrote: »Yet another conditional, tailored-to-the-poster poll.
No. The whole concept of crates is that you don't get a choice.
If you want a choice, buy a horse from the stable.

What a terrible thought.
"if zenimax was smart enough. . ."
These mounts EXIST solely to get people to buy crown crates.
This is how a F2P game works.
It's a cosmetic item.
Whatever technicalities you want to try to leverage, the point remains - it's a cosmetic item sold in random boxes that are entirely optional to purchase to offset the cost of those who use the servers but do not wish to subscribe. You are not owed a an easy path to rare drops from boxes that are sold with disclaimers of their RNG nature that are completely at your discretion to purchase or not.
These demands and requests are just weird.
@Krayl You caught me. I am new to gambling.Kuramas9tails wrote: »So I been salty since November . .. I really just don't care about Radiant Apex mounts anymore. I shouldn't have in the first place but oh well.
Yes, it's easy to see how little you care now. You obviously learned your lesson about investing too much 'care' into a virtual mount out of a random virtual crate of items, as 7+ months later you're making polls about it.Kuramas9tails wrote: »since heck, I know people who make fake excuses as to why they weren't able to buy a previous mount for sale no longer available and they let them have it.
nope.Kuramas9tails wrote: »It's my one and only Radiant Apex mount and I hate it.
dawwwwww.
This forum's title should be changed to "Awwww i need free stuff and have no idea how any of this works"

You call that a terrible thing but it's because you're applying it to wrong analogies. This idea is applied to other forms of consumer goods irl already.
If you go out and buy a mixed bag of candy, it' the exact same. You don't pick what candies are inside, you get what you get. Maybe you'll get Sweedish Berries, maybe you'll just get 70% Sour Patch Kids in your bag. Regarless every bag is $2 and has x grams of candy in it.
Maybe for clothing the system makes no sense - as clothing is 'uniquely' tailored to individuals - but when you consider 'assorted goods' as a category, yeah it kinda makes sense....
If you didn't have Kinder Eggs or Goodie Bags (grab bags) for sweets and toys growing up, then I pity your childhood - and I pity how the lack of these things translated into your views in adult life. Those things, as kids, we used to love the "RNG" - the mystery of having no choice whether what you get is crap or good.... that was the intended thrill of it....
To answer OPs question, the answer is clearly no. He said that in his OP.
Does he want to be able to exchange mounts is a different story and for that it would vary from person to person.
If someone has an issue with the design of these crown crates they really should not purchase them. Complaining after spending tones of money supporting the crates and how they work seems backwards.

What I said wasn't a technicality though. This is literally not a free to play game
