Suggestion: Mailing System needs some love

Just wanted to leave a post in hopes the DEV team may see it. The Mailing in eso really needs a bit of work.
Points
1. The wait time for items to be sent from a trader to a mailbox at times gets stuck and requires me to load into a new map before I can get it.
2. There is no respond button. This would just make things easier.
3. Can we have a mail your entire guild option? (Yes, I know there is an addon for this)

For example being able to reply to mail.
This one is not sure she would call it 'love' though. The relationship between traveller and mailbox is perhaps best left platonic yes.

But ESO's internal mail system is pants. Not helped by placing very tight limits on both message size and mailbox size. Perhaps designed by the same people who did the first attempt at the revamped BGSF site.0 -

That would be faster than delayed semi-auto delivery sub-system).
