I am having the same issue. I entered the imperial edition preorder code and it worked just fine, however the relase "cd key" gives me "invalid code" when I try to enter it. I purchased the digital download version. Also my account used to say explorers pack but doesn't have that flag anymore.

Another question I have for those with this issue, were able to get your explorer pack if you had gotten the imperial edition? I've still yet to receive anything that is "special" aside from the 1g mount.
I only got the standard and received the monkey so far. I was hoping to register my game today so I could go ahead and upgrade to the imperial but doesn't look like that's going to happen right now.
No Explorer's Pack here yet. I was assuming I'd get it when I was able to activate my GameStop digital key. Unless there's a 3rd key we just haven't gotten yet. GameStop.

Yup, I'm at the sub page myself now. The Gamestop app changed my gamecode, and the new one worked. I also have a key for Explorer's Pack (haven't entered it yet). However, now my billing address is wrong -.-
Same here, it's working for me as well, plus I got the explorer's pack number. Seems they were waiting on their end to give us the right stuff at gamestop

If you have yet to redeem your GameStop game code successfully, do you mind going to your GameStop account, and seeing if the code has changed? If there is a different code there then the one you saw before midnight, please try to enter that one. Let us know if this doesn't work for you!
Confirming that I had to obtain a new code via gamestops app. I was able to register it. This post helped. Even though it wasn't ideal I appreciate an Admin getting on top of it.
