No its not normal, theres an issue with the launcher deleting your game files

could you check how big the game is on ya harddisk plz.... if its 30+ gig you may lucky and we have a workarround solution for ya.

and pray the game will start.. if it does.. have fun playing ESO...
oh and dont touch the launcher if it starts.. check our for further updates here *i mean the board in general *

aslong your launcher doesnt say "play" .. yes you have to. if your launcher says "install" "update" or something else... dont press it !
just use the eso.exe
theres a bug with the launcher.
