Free game time already started? (Billing Attached)

I redeemed my code from GMG and the game time already started. I got 29 days left.
Just saw this post on reddit that early access is being extended: imgur.com/rmCa0Arhttp://

I've no idea about the grace period given.. anyone have similar issues?

Probably if they can move my billing cycle and start at Sunday 12PM GMT that would be great.

    I had the five day early access and now it prompted me to set up a subscription and it will not accept anythings so for me I can't even log in even though I have the 30 day included. WTF. I also put in a request for support help but they are so behind on issues that they supposedly set me up for a call back and that was over two hours ago and I"m still waiting for someone to call so I can get mine fixed. Not sure what there issue is but it's making me very irritated.

    If you input your payment details it blows away any 'Early Access' err access you previously had. Thus you lose the extended 'Early Access' days offered.
    ZOS were not exactly clear about this upon their initial announcement.

    No they were not. It angers me so much to see their original post, because it looked vague enough that they could get away with starting the 30 days the moment you put in your sub info. This also means that you lose access to any purchase benefits (imperial edition, explorers pack) until you put in sub info and they pre-auth charge you for your entire sub fee!

    Yea What gives my time started because you told me to go set up my billing..I would like my 3 days yes it even says 29 not even 30..Please fix.Ya owe me 3 days

    Same here, it's bad enough the game is crashing anytime I hit "Play" on the launcher. Losing game time on top of that is just wrong. It was working fine until the patch today... >.<

    It may say 29 but what's to say it wont start ticking down until after the 2 days extended EA is over? Lets just wait and see. I foolishly added payment details also, so you aren't alone.

    Because mine started at 30, it is now saying 29. It's counting down already.

    The forum mods, thats who. Those extra days were a scam. You only get them so long as you don't finalize your sub options and use your codes. At least, that is what the mods message said in another topic. All of that extra time that we thought we would get due to their poor scheduling of down times during early access isn't that at all, evidently.

    Well I suggest we all put in tickets then and shout from the tallest building. Yet another oversight. Just how many will we have to put up with. I'm sure they will add it though.

    That happened to me as well. I entered my billing information and lost the "extended early access"... counting 29 days left, billing on May 4. I'm having so many problems with this game already, it's kind of disappointing. :(

    This was not a wise move on their part in regards to boosting players trust in them, methinks. Shouldn't have to worry about losing out on game time because of poor communication.

    The announcement was vague and this company is ranking among the worst that I have ever dealt with in MMOs. They seem to lack important information, as if they didn't discuss any of this with those in charge of it, they make vague announcements with the apparent intent to trick people into looking at this company in a fonder light, and they seem hell bent on taking any and all pennies that they can from each and every individual customer.

    Same here, soon after I chose my subscription I lost the early access and beta access on my account, says I have 29 days left. So not even 30, or even including the 2 extra days.

    I told my friend to redeemed the code after the early access expired and not do same mistake like me.

    In other mmo usually they can adjust the billing time on our account directly if they really plan to give us grace period.

    They could post information regarding grace period in their main website or email if they really have the intention of giving it to us instead of forum post or in the FAQ.

    Yeah it's counting down on mine too. I'm owed two days as an imperial edition 5 day early access player. My first month should end on May 6th not May 4th and I should not have 29 days left.

    Someone needs to look into this and reply to this thread. We should not be screwed out of two days simply because we entered our info today instead of two days from now. I'm sure it's a simple oversight that they can remedy by adding two days to our (now subscribed) accounts.

    I'll submit yet another support ticket if need be. I'm hoping to hear something from ZOS here first.

    There's also a chance we are misinterpreting what the 2 day extended early access means in which case we need someone from ZOS to clear it up. It may not mean 2 free days of play, it may mean 2 extra days before entering our subscription info, with the first billing day being May 4th no matter what. But we need to know before we start submitting tickets because it does say "and also gives anyone in Early Access who purchased digitally more Early Access time" and right now I lost that.

    What the heck is going on with Zenimax ?!

    How much I do like the game, these latest messages about the full price billing and only 29 days of playtime (which should be 30 + 30 days if they already charged you the full subscription price) makes me very very upset!

    And the silence on Zenimax part doesn't help either, this is very unacceptable.
    This is not the way to treat customers which feeds you Zenimax keep that in mind!

    If this isn't rectified soon I'll take this into the open on as many media I can think of.

    If it weren't bad enough that people are still waiting to get their pre-order items back, bank items etc..

    Any updates on this? Are we screwed out of two days because we entered our info early or not?

    I'm really thinking it's two days of grace time and not two days of free play, but I want to know more before submitting a ticket.

    I contacted support regarding losing my 2 extra days of early access when putting in my billing information and basically they told me to talk to my retailer since they only do 3 or 5 day early access. Support had no clue early access was extended by 2 days. This was the first response I received from support:

    All players are required to set up and choose a subscription plan starting on Sunday, April 6th.     The 30 days of free game time are granted to all players who fill out their billing information and select a subscription plan. A player will not be billed for that subscription until the 30 days of free access has expired. Subscribing players can find more information about their billing cycle by logging into My Account. The information will be available on the right-side column of this page.

    Please note that the 3 days and 5 days of early access are not included in the 30 days of free game time. These were additional benefits to players who pre-purchased or preordered the game.

    Having said this please speak to you retailer in regards to the "7 day early access" currently there were only 3 or 5 day early access starting March 30 and ending at launch. This means your 30 days will run from launch till May 4th

    I then contacted them back and showed them the annoucement where we were granted an extra 2 days of early access and they responded back with, "Thanks for providing us with that update." And that was it. No help to me, they literally have no clue about the extra 2 days. This was their response back after telling them about the extra 2 days early access:

    Yea and No response tells me they don't want my money after my now 28 days..Worst costumer support ever..Ill get my time back when they go f2p in a few months
