Only players, NPC's, and mobs on my screen at they time of doing the /reloadui command, logging in, or respawning at a wayshrine load. Everything and everyone else won't visually load, but the red dots on the compass from mobs and their area attacks like oil and fire appear. Horses will load visually, but they move in the standing still animation rather than running. The mobs try to attack me, but can't hit me unless I block, then my stamina is drained. Any enemies trying to attack me at the time of a /reloadui command begin hitting me before I even load back into the game and most of the time I am almost dead by time I leave the loading screen.
