As I spotted there was last year and before and would really like to get the telvar plus skin.

IC is a completely different event than midyear, IC would be an anniversary event but what OP said no there probably won't be one since they skipped it this year0 -

✭✭✭✭The IC event was included in the last PTS cycle (Update 19). There were a few new things added. So confidence is very high that it will take place.
Last year's IC event started Thursday, September 7 at 10:00am EDT and finished on Monday, September 18 at 10:00am EDT. If it's the same weeks/days this year then I guess that would be Thursday, September 6 at 10:00am EDT and finishes on Monday, September 17 at 10:00am EDT.
