ESO Full Screen Mode - Broken!

Two BETA's ago Zenimax broke the Full Screen mode within the game. YES, there is an Option, but it is NOT full Full Screen Mode, it's Full Screen Windowed Mode.

(just turn on a screensaver and walk away, come back your screen saver overlaps the game).

My video card does not take full advantage of the game due to this. When is this being fixed? It's annoying.

    yeah i would like this fixed to as vsync is completely screwed

    Not just vsync, but I am unable to use ShadowPlay to record game footage because of it. Not to mention how annoying it is to walk away from the screen and return to your screen saver. This really needs to get fixed video card is working harder than it should without vsync working properly.

    Well 2 replies of three folks total that want this fixed - meaning this will never be a priority to be addressed.

    I won't be sub'ing to this game. It's going to be handled like GW2 developers that simply do not care.

    Hopefully I can get thus refunded.

    To be honest I don't think most people realize it. I would hope it is a priority because of performance issues on lower end rigs. It also affects our ability to use Nvidia Surround or ATi Eyefinity, something I am planning to upgrade to in the near future and a lot of current gamers are using.

    You do realize gw2 is broken right? And that this mmo has been out for three days? Are you new to mmos or just that impatient and greedy? Every one complaining about bugs in a game thats been released for three days, that hasn't had a scheduled maintenance for an update ( which happens to be tomorrow for na ) is extremely immature and self entitled times really have changed, when i start to regain hope all I ever have to do is visit a forum for an mmorpg and all faith In the human race is gone lol. Troll away

    They already addressed this.

    It's being added but wasn't going to make it for launch.

    And honestly gotta ask, who the hell uses screen savers anymore? I just shut the monitor off/logout.

    Only machine I have that still uses a screen saver is my vintage 1990 Macintosh Classic II.

    Yeah I don't use them either. Haven't since like 2000. Easier to just shut the monitor off or log out if I want to keep the screen from doing stupid things or keep people out of it.

    Then again, I also lived with a nosy man with Parkinson's who didn't have the most.. brilliant ideas a while back. He liked to get on people's computers, do stupid things. His sister's computer was... riddled with viruses and he took his brother's completely apart and broke most of the parts.

    Was pretty awful. I said screw it and locked it. :/

    Actual fullscreen will be added in the future. I use Shadowplay a lot too but have found free alternatives to capture/record your progress...just takes a few seconds to type "best free video game capture software" in Google and BAM...you have results.

    And that was "3 weeks, 5 days ago" according to that thread, so not sure if what they already added is what they intend to end up with.
