Guys, will balorgh affect my soul tether or damage will be buffed right AFTER tether' cast and it's dmg?

As for as a few testers wrote it also amplifies the damage of the ultimate used. This puts dot ults and burst ults at the same level as it would be just dot ults that receive the buffs otherwise.5
