Explorer Pack(Pre-Purch) and Imperial items - Problem

I created one character called Nikazuki first, I forgot to customize, I forgot the superior panels to customize, in the loading I used alt+F4 and when I opened the game again, the character had been created. Then, I deleted this character and created a new, called Nikazuki too and customized, a very beautiful character.
When I logged, in the mail had ring of mana and the monkey only.
I want my mudcrab vanity, my scuttler vanity and my treasure maps.

I don´t know why some people did not get all items, I got all as soon as I started playing my char, just got all on internal game mail, except the horse you must find a stable near your starting area and buy it for 1 gold, if your edition is the Imperial one.

As you did not check if your char got all at first and deleted it, I suggest you post on that thread as they stated there and claim the recovery of your items.

Maybe it will have a delay until they solve your problem but I hope you get everything back.

I was just told in an e-mail, if you ordered it from an outside vender such as anyone else other than ESO directly, those items, (Maps and Pets) will come once you get the actual game code from the box copy or digital copy when the code is sent to you. so no worries, we will all get them tomorrow when we add the new code in. Have fun

Yeah, we will get a game code in our package to prove which version of the game we have. Like you I figured that code we had for early access was it, but that was just early access, the game code will put the version on our account and allow us to start billing. Hope this helps.

1. Locate the game code, not the early access code, in the retail box (or sent in an email in the case of a "download only" purchase)
2. Log into http://account.elderscrollsonline.com
3. Click Account Summary
4. Click Redeem Code
5. Enter the Game Code
6. Apply the game key
7. Log into the game and check the in-game mail to verify the pre-order bonus items
