Your not going get one you people need get over it and use some common sense. If you do those transactions it’s going to be at your own risk, what you people really want is an assurance that you won’t get screwed over and that isn’t going to happen. You want to trade someone crown stuff for gold it’s your own risk. If your scared getting screwed over don’t do it and you have nothing worry about.

"However, keep in mind that the player market in The Elder Scrolls Online is a "buyer beware" market, and not every trader is trustworthy!
When engaging in a trade with a player, it is best to ensure that the agreement occurs within an in-game channel such as text chat. If the agreement occurs outside of the game, Customer Support is unable to properly investigate – and if we can’t investigate, we may not be able to help!
If you find yourself a victim of a trade scam and have taken the necessary precautions to protect yourself, Customer Support may be able to intervene and investigate a scam trade. Click on this article (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6172 ) for further details."

Unless you glitch the latter, no. There is no real world currency exchange in a trial for gold. My recommendation would be to not and run it as an equal, but if you have neither the time nor the patience and plenty gold, you can certainly do it.

As for selling skins, there are groups that have used exploits when selling skins. When that happens Zos h as felt it appropriate to ban players. So beware. If it smells like fish then best to cut bait and drop the group.
ZOS will always protect players who have been scammed. This has been proven as early back as launch, when vampire and werewolf bites were a heavy premium
