Don't go down that route. There was an option to speak to them in game (might have removed it for live launch. Wise.) but it meant you couldn't do anything whilst you waited for a live chat with a GM. It left a big empty chat box on your screen and you had to wait for a GM to speak with you. You were given no ETA.

Viss✭Typing /help does not get you a GM. They removed the option to speak to someone.
And I agree with you, Soothy, but sadly I need a game master to assist.0
