Good then they will get back to you, no need to spam more cases as this usually doesn't help and does not make things get seen too faster.
Doesn't sound like a bug to be honest, sounds like you didn't have 100% chance and clicked and they deconstructed as intended. I know you have said you are a master crafter and well done but mistakes still happen even if you're a master at anything.
Either way CS should get back to you soon ( remember its a Sunday right now ) and figure it out, best of luck.

Were both sashes gone, or was one gone -- if one, was the remaining sash legendary?
Did you improve the sashes first or the gloves?
Maybe an addon then seeing as you are incapable of making any form of mistake!
Hope CS sort it for you though! They should be able figure it out anyway

1 sash remained in legendary quality, the other was missing and the gloves remained both in epic quality. While upgrading everything went to legendary 100%, it was all gold. Once, I went to inventory to give the items, one sash was missing and the gloves were now epic~I did the gloves first then the sashes~
There was a bug way back shortly after release, I think it was when you'd changed the amount of improvement mats to max amount but it didn't register with the server before you hit 'craft'.
It was fixed, but I wonder if something like it may have been introduced with recent changes to the amounts of mats being set max automatically.
Did you change amounts down and then back up before crafting or did you just leave them at max ?

Well, if gloves were first and ended up without improvement, really no idea
there is an existing glitch (on PC at least) where having enough materials to improve one item, but not enough to improve the next, will show 100% upgrade chance despite it not being so
if you had, for instance, 7 upgrade mats and had done the Sashes first it could have been feasible that the first one upgraded, the second one failed due to not having 4 upgrade pieces then the gloves did not improve due to 0 upgrade mats -- all while showing 100% due to the success of the first piece
but that does not appear to be the case in your instance, as you did the gloves first rather than the sashes
good luck with customer service tho, they should have access to a log of what happened, how many mats were consumed, how many pieces were destroyed and so forth

It was set at max mats 100% chance, I always do this when upgrading pieces. It showed everything completed as gold. Only when I went into the inventory did the issue show. It was definitely not a failure~ it is a bug~

Well, either way it is Sunday so no one will be able to get to your ticket today
but when they do they should have a log of what happened and how many materials were consumed and be able to compensate you appropriately
I can say with absolute certainty, that there is something weird going on with crafting in general, because some days ago I had gathered Iron Ore with a character of mine that had Rubedite level skill.
No Addons whatsoever, because all of them got outdated once again and therefore deactivated. This implies something more than simply "something on your end..." It's the skill trees in general it seems.
