Are we not allowed to register our game stop codes till tomorrow or something? I keep receiving invalid code and would like to upgrade to the imperial version.

Zirq✭✭We've had the Gamestop codes since digital purchase, or I have at least. I had thought it was only ESO stopping it from being entered/accepted (as they said on launch). I was under the impression that once Gamestop handed it out, it was valid.0

Distrobomb✭✭✭I've had mine as well along with early access one. That code entered and worked beautifully, however the actual game one still says invalid. When I called the person they told me that I had to wait till launch which is on the 4th. That's what I assumed it was too. Zirq✭✭Good luck. I just sent off an email to Gamestop just in case it's on their end, as they have closed their phones for the day. Not that they'll be any use without a lot of effort. I only bought it through them because I had store credit.1

The other code worked (early access) so yes. I only received two.

Zirq✭✭I only received 2 codes as well, and used the other one for early access, but no, I can't say I'm positive. I wouldn't be surprised if Gamestop didn't give us a required code. The code I'm trying to activate the game with has dashes, and the early access one didn't, if that helps.0

Having same issue as you guys. This is not looking good for Gamestop at all. I wonder if those that bought from any other retailers are having the same issues.0 -
I have gamestop as well, for both of my families accounts there is no option for subscription.
None of the Gamestop Early Access or Imperial codes with come up valid.
I was riding my imperial mount. until i left the orc island. on both accounts the horse stopped working back at daggerfall and beyond.
Also in Cyridill I could not pass through gates or enter broken wall at keeps as my Daggerfall mates could do.

Digital, I contacted cs and the lady was very helpful. She told me to try and contact gamestop to see if they can do anything and if that didn't work she would attempt to retrieve a new code. I contacted gamestop earlier however and they pretty much made me feel like I was doing something wrong on my end (figures)

Who is the CS lady? ESO customer service? If so How did you contact them.

Vyndetta✭✭✭Codes GS provide come directly from the gaming company. So, it's something on ESO-Zen's side regarding not activating the codes given to GS.0
