Back in the time, bleed was bad and it wasnt able to proc on undead targets or on a damage shield. Then ZoS changed it but why they decided that it should ignore the resistances? I dont say that it is really bad thing but why? Can anyone remind me?
While I think verisimilitude only goes so far in a fantasy game, there may be the concept that bleeding implies you have pierced through any armor or resistances and done damage directly to the enemy's body.
