I really cant believe I need to say this and it already hasnt been done, you shouldnt instantly win against any player by hiding and spamming one skill over and over.

Seriously this is the most annoying skill in the whole F***ING GAME, I will take any other broken crap in this game over these skills. It hits too hard and out of no where, you can be walk, riding, fighting with other player and your stunned by a the dumb trap poison and dead in one shot. You dont even get to fight the players using this. Even other things players are staying is beyond broke like runcecage meteor or incap arnt as bad as this, ive been able to survive those, you get a chance to counter the player, see where they are and actually fight them Snipe and lethal arrow your just just stunned and dead without even knowing your in a fight

There is nothing in this game that is more 100% broken, cheap and poorly designed as these skills. Its time they are actually fixed

Maybe it's better to talk about existing counterplay? Also what kind of gear where you using? How did you react when you found you were underattack?

But he is right. A rune cage rotation takes like 4-5 GCD. Snipe takes 2. Way more counter to rune cage than snipe.

I have a snipeblade I run around with time to time. Just to answer one of these simply. If you are a vampire and in light armor without a shield up there is no reaction.

I normally hit a 12-17k snipe with a 3-7k glyph proc. Sometimes I try and pull back a second snipe to make sure I kill them and it won’t go off because I already killed them. This is about %75 of the time but I pick targets carefully.

Change your medium armour build for heavy armour. Have more health.

Im a light armor magsorc, and as far as not going heavy armor I dont see much counter play. No offense. Tired double shields, both when went down when I was stunned. Tried overlaying shield, so the effect overlayed making me have some kind of shield for 9 second, either the lethal cut thru thru one shield completely and into my health or he stunned me before i cast the second, both instances happen. Mage light he stayed out of range and was still able to hit me. Immovables to prevent the cc, waited until the effect ended and then they stunned me. I even had 2 other players helping to kill this guy and he picked us all off without any of us being able to get more than an attack off.

I agree snipers are extremly annoying and way too effective for the secure playstyle they can obtain. I really liked snipe back in the days when it had a 3 second cast time, and I have no idea why in the world they changed the cast time to 1.1 seconds without adjusting the damage.

The real problem with snipe however is the insane uptime on major defile. Seriously, in any fight theire's at least on *** sitting on a rock and spamming 5-10k snipes and additionaly healdebuffing me.

I'm fine if the ability should hit hard, but it should take proper perparations to hit a 10k snipe from stealth (3 second cast time!), and if they want snipe to be a spammable remove the **** major defile!

Simple fix, make it so you can't cast the second shot until the first one landed.

Do you know how much health I would have to get for that, if I'm forced In heavy armor it will destroy my build and get 30k health so how will I even deal damage? So to counter it your saying I have to totally get rid of medium armor all together, the devs need to get rid of medium armor all together. Thats not fair at all to anyone, I want to know what is my counterplay in 24k health in medium armor becuase this is what you get in medium armor! My argument is maybe we shouldn't burst from fuckking stealth?

@Zelos Do you run Impen Armor?

Snipe Ganking gets most of its potential from the Guaranteed Crit from Stealth.
Use Tri-Stat Armor Glyphs.
Triune Jewelry.

Are you able to hear the Audio Cue?
Do you have Radiant Magelight Slotted? If not, why don't you use Expert Hunter? (I know EH is a piece of shite)
