I am a level 10 Imperial Dragon knight and I have been using soul magic extensively since early levels - but the skill progress bar still reads 0. In other words I am gaining no xp at all in this skill. I have completed about 100 quests so far, but still nothing. Is this normal ?

Kemono✭✭✭Soul magic progres by doing main quest (like Daughter of Giants and so on) only!
You can still train separate skills from Soul Magic by sloting them on your bar

Oh me too - I'm lvl 10 sorceror and have soul trap on my bar, have been using it often, but still at lvl 0. Would love to know why!0 -
Kayvee✭✭Soul Trap will increase in ranks, but you will not progress in the skill line simply by putting Soul Trap on your bar. The only way to increase your proficiency in the skill line is, as Kemono said, by completing quests in the main story line (with The Prophet).VR Dragonknight Mitigation Healer and Ardent Flame DPS
