It requires level 10 or more -so its first level locked mount in game.
Purpose for this?
Cos you know -its still have entry level stats and best horses are not level locked0 -

✭It's pretty standard for items to go for this price in an item store - precisely the reason I'm against item stores.
Having said that, any time ZOS want to put some kind of item to alter the look of my character in there is fine by me

Daggers✭✭✭A lot of us paid £20 extra to get a horse and an additional race unlock. Is £10 really a surprise? Doesn't seem like a bargain or a rip-off, just unsurprising.
