I'm looking at the new version heavily with plans for some tanks next patch.

I don't understand why they didn't leave Crest as it was (instead of giving the effect to the medium armor set) and add a new heavy set/change another heavy set for this change. Sets like Alessian Order or Bastion of the Heartland which don't see much use could be used for it.
