Teleport Strike + Rock + Cyrodill = Stuck with no way out

I've been stuck in Cracked Wood Cave in Cyrodill for over 30 mins now waiting on technical support to answer my call for help (which obviously has not happened yet). I used teleport strike to attack a mob in the dungeon and it put me right in a rock with no escape. For some stupid reason there is no available way for a player to be released from this. The game blocks a player from traveling to a wayshrine, teleporting to a player, and using /stuck while the player is in Cyrodill. This was a very dumb idea because now that I'm stuck in a rock I have absolutely no way out and in game support is keeping me waiting way to long to help solve this issue. Situations like this is what will loose players. After release there should be a way to /stuck while in Cyrodill at the very least.

You can't use /stuck in Cyrodiil if I'm not mistaken. I believe it gives you an error message and tells you to contact support. It's supposed to prevent abuse from people who would use it to fast travel to a wayshrine (especially with mission board turn-ins) without having to run to a keep in the transitus network first.Edited by Persephone on April 1, 2014 6:58AM0

Oh I was replying to AngryNord who told him to use /stuck, because it seemed like he might not know. It was obvious from the OP's post that he knew that already, sorry for the confusion! Hope this gets fixed for him though! Can't do anything about the air
but we can always bring him sweetrolls!

KracsNZ✭✭Isn't this the risk with teleportation? Silly magic users breaking the laws of physics thinking there aren't ramifications. Do like we mundanes do, charge at your target, no chance of appearing inside something else... like a sheep, or in your case a rock.
All kidding aside, that sucks about the support mate. Hope you get it sorted soon,2 -

Thank you Awkwarrd. I had this idea but my guild wasn't sure what home campaign we wanted to pick and we'd joined wabbajack for our guest. I tried to switch guest campaigns but you can't while your in your current guest campaign. I just chose a home campaign and was able to teleport to it. Thank you for the assistance and to all of you that tried to help or enjoyed my tale of the "The Drow in the Stone".

Oh good, I certainly hope that's the case! That would definitely make fixing falling through the floor in Cyrodiil much easier!I strip off my broken gear and run naked to the exit of the cave

I find that highly unlikely, if that were the case you'd have folks suiciding to turn in daily's and also to escape certain death. No f'n way are they going to enable /stuck in Cyrodiil.

DethiasX✭To me the lack of support was the biggest issue here. There was no one on one interaction to help me solve this issue. I got two emails with suggestions to fix the problem that I had already tried and some of the suggestions were even wrong. They told me I had to try to teleport to someone outside Cryodiil... he should of known teleporting while your in Cyrodiil isn't possible no matter who it is and where they are. I emailed them back telling them what I had tried that didn't work so I didn't get another suggestion of something I've tried and you know whats the next email I get? They tell me that the issue had been RESOLVED while I was still in that damn rock! I emailed them back telling them this wasn't true and I still needed help. I didn't even get a response back instead I just get a email telling me that it was unresolved and they never contacted me again. In the mean time I made two tickets, Monday and Tuesday, to try and speak with someone on the phone for help and they never called me. It's like I wasn't good enough to be helped or my problem wasn't their concern. If they expect people to pay a subscription they need to drastically improve their customer service because people will quit in a hurry if they receive the kind of customer support I got.1

SyionideSoul ShrivenSo here is what I did. I hit "L" and did a "guest" at another campaign and loaded in there. It reset my character from infinite falling. I then loaded back to my home campaign. Try that.0

SilentVigil✭✭I had this happen falling through a rock - when I tried to guess to another campaign it said I had 6 mins left so I waited and then selected another campaign and then nothing happened when I tried to join. Re tried again and now it says I have to wait 24 hours to guest to another campaign... Waiting on support but looks like that will take for ever. They need to add a way to teleport back to the start unless they get the /stuck thing working.0 -

are you in your home campaign silent? if you're in a guest campaign and try to guest another you can't until you physically leave that guest campaign so it wont work. I had to choose my home campaign to then finally leave the guest campaign I was in. I got a 1 min offer to join my home campaign when I joined it, I accepted it and teleported out.
