I honestly think the dialogue point of view is a little too zoomed in kind of like Oblivion and should be zoomed out some more like Skyrim. Also, sometimes the npc body/hand animations that are copy and pasted are overused and seem very forced or algorithmic.
I think ZOS should zoom out when looking at NPC's in the dialogue mode, and the dialogue box with the character response options should be placed at the bottom of the screen. Would make it seem like you are still in the world and not in a privately instanced conversation. Also, the hand/body animations should be used more selectively and not just copy and pasted for general sentiments. Sometimes the NPC's do these really strange pointing animations or something when they are talking about something that wouldn't warrant that at all. It seems very algorithmic at times.

Also running animations looks like having carrot in arse. But they still have a problem with making NPC's look near-expressionless while displaying a large amount of emotion. It's always a bit weird to hear the voice actor sobbing their broken heart out with that slightly annoyed default expression on the NPC's face, or laughing in joy/drunkenness with that slightly annoyed default expression on the NPC's face.
