If you haven't already make sure to report them in game, you can always post the ticket report numbers here in hopes they get seen and escalated.

They say the reports are taken seriously, but people have to report them, and enough to get noticed, before action is taken. It might take days or weeks. That is why I say "move along".

Well, people report them all the time, but even the most obvious hide farming bots do not get banned even after several reports from multiple people.
I would be really happy to be wrong, but from my own experience, they dont really care about botting and cheating and the only exploit that was heavily punished was that vAS hm exploit.

The real problem is the people who buy from them. As long as they keep making money, it’s going to keep happening. You can thank the current generation cash shop / gambling box love mentality as to why it never goes away. Too many lazy people would rather buy their way in instead of earning it.
