Since the 5 day early pay period. I have been unable to play. My system is up to date, and I have done all that I can to fix the game and try different settings. I have repaired and uninstalled and reinstalled too. After 4 days I have come to the conclusion that it is not my computer. Anyways this has been a big waste of time and I want a full refund. It sucks that even big time companies such as this can scam you.
I really don't want a refund. I want to play. A lot. But I'm starting to feel like I'm going to have to ask for one. I've been unable to play since day 1 of headstart and in spite of trying everything suggested on the forums and by support, it doesn't work. I really hate this.

The fact of the matter is, an MMO should not be this complicated to set up. Other games have it to where you can just download it and begin play. The fact that most of the people on the forums have had to readjust computer settings or jump through all kinds of loops
Technically if there was a problem like that then perhaps you have to set rules in your security software to allow it, if the security software is quite secure. Disabling it for a second to see if that is the problem could be useful, just so if anything you can rule out the security software as the problem.Master_Skinner wrote: »Did you try temporarily disabling your Anti-Virus Software?
If I have to disable anti-virus software to play a game, the game is deleted, and I go for a refund.
In 2014, there is no valid reason to build a game that requires the disabling of security software to play.
