Do cp levels carry over?

I have an orc who is cp250, but im currently leveling up another character who is almost level 50. When he is level 50 will he shoot straight to cp 250 or have to level from the start?

CP are account wide, so you can put your 250 CP into your new character now. When your new character reaches level 50 they will jump to CP 250 as well.

#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.
