Quest bug: [A prison of sleep] - Durak (NPC) is missing!

Ahoy!

Quest: A prison of sleep.
Objective: Talk to Durak.

I'm having trouble with a quest in Stormhaven, currently as a Veteran rank 2, Ebonheart Pact.

I'm doing one of the quests from Cadwell's Almanac, more precisely in Pariah Abbey. Now i'm in Durak's dream, and are supposed to talk to Durak, exept Durak is missing. Without Durak i, ofcourse, can't complete the quest, and therefor can't progress the in the quest chain.

I need to complete this quest since it leads to another quest chain, which also is a part of Cadwell's Almanac.

I guess this would have been OK if i just wanted to level up and hit max level - then i could just grind.
But unfortenatly i'm interested in both the storyline and the achievements for doing all the quests.

I was in a group with my friend when we were doing these quests. He could find Durak, but i could not. I therefor tried to abandon the group, abandon the quest, retake it, relog, restart the game. I've now abandoned the quest and tried again 5 times. Still no Durak.

Any other having this problem? How is it possible to fix this for me?

Edit: Oh, and i have a screenshot of the NPC who isnt there!

I'll ninja in a second post about the e-mail i got from customer support when writing a ticket ingame:
Our team is currently aware of the issue and is working diligently to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, if you could /bug this issue it would help us to direct the problem to our Live Game Team.
In the meantime, I suggest exploring other parts of Tamriel and conquering more quests, as there are many to be had!
This is from the mail. So, its a known issue - ok. Why dont you do something about it? How am i to "explore Tamriel" when "meaningful" quests like this have known bugs and not being fixed?

I'm currently playing this game waaay to much for my own good, and rapidly going towards rank 10. Yeah, i could always grind my way while i wait for the quest being fixed, but no. I rather not. It's now the game is fun - i want to enjoy that, not questing angry and meaningless around just to get to veteran rank 10.

We're in 2018, I did this quest just yesterday, and got this exact issue.
I found a fix however : if Durak's missing, abandon the quest, find a way to come back from the dream (something along the lines of leaving the zone, or something like that), then come back, take the quest back, go back in the dream, and he should be here. if he isn't try to do all of this again
