Why am I not surprised to see you defending this bug? Its always the same names in this forum that defend bugs, exploits or imbalanced sets and skills.
Let me explain one more time... there is no point in making this set a projectile if it goes through walls and shoots from 100+ meters. Its already easy to proc as it is, it needs to be clearly visible to be counterable
Skoria does the same thing. So does Ilambris. They proc on enemies who go inside keeps while you have a dot on them. They also proc on enemies who are outside of normal range who are taking damage from you. So does viper.
You still have to be within range to hit the player with a skill to activate the proc.
The distance isn't a bug. Maybe the going through walls. But other proc sets do the same thing in some way.Edited by jaws343 on July 25, 2018 6:18PM1
