No. PVP is a disaster. I would think ZOS would be better suited fixing PVP rather than adding new methods of PVP.

Yeah, there's plenty of "battle royale" games out there, which are actually made & balanced for that purpose, so you can actually expect a reasonably decent game.

Why would you want to play a badly done, unbalanced, probably-poor-performance, bandwagon clone?

No, as I said in the other identical thread like this...you’d end up with 4 Tanks and 1 DD who killed everyone else...standing around looking at each other...prob playing Rock Paper Scissors to see who gets to win the match while everyone else quits....

Why? You can do it already. Just ask for 10 people to sign up and meet at a destination and battle it out. Once dead you have to wait on the side lines. Simple as that. Easy peasy.
