Customer service ticket

Why can I not create a ticket on the issue I'm having? I fill everything out & there is no button to send. Same thing with both Firefox & Microsoft edge.

If you're unable to start a ticket because the "Submit" button is not functioning, check your browser's ad-blocker and set it to allow requests from help.elderscrollsonline.com (add it to the whitelist).

I have tried to send a ticket from 3 different computers. And have set up the ad-blocker to allow request from help.elderscrollsonline.com. Still no luck.

If you are unable to submit a ticket, you can try using this Account Recovery form for specialized assistance from our support team as you may be able to open a ticket through this form.

You may want to set it to "never block anything while visiting "*.elderscrolls.com" for testing purposes...
