Buying both Skill Morphs

Would you like the option to purchase (purchase with skill points) both skill morphs? Yes, No, & why?
Only one Skill Morph can be applied to action bars.

I voted yes.

My character has somewhere over 200 skill points, and I would like to use that to my advantage; allowing my load-out to better fit the content I feel like playing at any given time. Buying both Skill Morphs will also allow players the options to better perform in different game modes.
For example PvP-Radiant Mage Light, & PvE Inner Light.
Thank you for the time.

What I really want is the ability to know at all times what the levels are of all my morph options. There are times when I respec and I want to level morphs I haven't leveled yet -- but I don't want to pick the base skill unless I know there is a morph that still need leveling. It is annoying when I waste a SP on a skill I won't actually use on content, only to find I've fully leveled all the morphs.

With new skill lines added all the time and 7 crafting lines, it is still easy to run out of skill points.

One fine example where this would be nice is the Repentance skill. I've always hoped they would do the morph offering though so we could easily change up a build style for pve or pvp for instance.

With the option to buy both skill morphs some players would create a more fitting loadout to fit the content they're playing at any given time. Hopefully with this outcome we would see better built roles for group play pvp/pve=happy community.

Purchase like, with gold or crowns?

If with crowns is a stupid p2w option, if with gold I might accept it

Neither gold or crowns, with skill points.

Play the game, META is not needed ...... ever ......

The whole point of having morphs rather than a straight list of skill increases is the element of choice and the tactical thinking that goes into it. It's what makes the game different from a lot of others.

If you really want to avoid confusion, "learn" would be a better reflection of what you're asking for than "purchase".

No, I like it when people have to make -choices-!
I like it when everyone has to -choose- how to set up their character, has to tink about the pros and cons, and then decide which way to make their build, instead of getting to have it -both ways-!

As for having too many unspend skill points... it would be way more interesting to have more skill lines to learn and master...

I would love to have Loadouts that include gear and skills. Switch between PvP and PvE loadouts. You could take it a step further by adding CP to the loadout. I'd be happy to purchase extra loadout slots with real $$$.

Like many other mmo's skills are broken into pve/pvp. This could open other areas of the game that some players don't venture in due to skill morph choice, and/or reduce group kicks, win/lose ratio pvp, etc...this has little to due with meta, but a more enjoyable experience with content & the players your playing with.

I think you're missing the whole point. Access to both morphs (which require 3 skill points total to be spent) opens up flexibility. For example: I can switch from Resolving Vigor to Echoing Vigor for some content where I want a larger radius heal for my group, or I can switch between Burning Embers or Venomous Claw on my StamDK while still retaining the original rule of only having one morth on either one or both bars, no mixing.

switchable skill loadouts would be better, since many skills have morphs that cater towards group play and some towards solo.

Yes, because it's stupid to create content that is hostile to be done with a pet sorc, but, at the same time, we cannot swap out pet morphed abilities (i.e. curse) to the non pet version when doing that content.

    Yes.

My first option would be no as I think they want people to "stick" to builds, but after leveling a new character honestly you really need to put in some hours to get crap tons of skill points.

BTW we need account wide skyshard skill points plz.

I'm not sure how this proposal limits build decisions when it opens better/multiple builds for all content, or allows to have it -both ways-? If "both ways" means allowing a player to build for pvp and pve,...well yes, at a cost of their skill points.

I'm also not sure I understand "think about pros and cons" statement, skills are either and/or mix of: solo/group, pvp/pve, stam/mag, & singleT/AOE, it's pretty basic to match skills to content.

the way things are going soon there won't be a choice, pick the one that scales from your primary resource, more and more morphs are magika or stamina and as hybrid doesn't really work in eso except in edge cases there's no choice

So create a wall of inconvenience, time, and cost vs swapping a morph out of combat from your abilities purchased with earned skill points? Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

It would be nice for pvp to pve skill swaps, but there would need to be a limit so that you don’t use both morphs of a burst skill in the same build

Have it similar to WoW's to where it's preset, build A or B. The user allocates the skill points and champion points into A and B separately.

Leave the cost and function the same as we have now, or after the coming changes. Have a toggle to switch that can't be used during combat or perhaps even a station similar to the outfit stations.

I think I would only use it for Force Pulse and Crushing Shock on my main in PVE. Crushing Shock is a must in many trial fights. But for the ones where it is unnecessary, getting the extra damage would be great.

Yes I would. With a feature like that I would still like to unlock all skills and morphs to apply to multiple specs/builds, you would almost have to I think?

But yes, even if the option past one additional spec/load-out is through the crown store, similar to the outfit feature.
