When i get offered a free toaster for subbing a magazine - guess what? I expect that toaster.
In this case I don't give a toss but your argument is ridiculous.
How might you have paid specifically for early access?

That's not how the law works, at least in Europe, educate yourself. A purchase incentive is an entire part of the deal. They take money immediately, in exchange they give early access and other stuff.
Whether or not it is justified of them to do downtime, the fact stands (again at least in EU) that people paid for Early Access.

You agreed to the ToS. Educate yourself.
totally agree my god i am just jumping from thread to thread (i have to say too many of them) and guess what? Always the same people saying the same thing. This is a service valn and the other 3 or 4 people, stop being moralist, because it doesn't get you anywhere, instead help cooperating and stop opening posts.RamzaBehoulve wrote: »How might you have paid specifically for early access?

No you didn't. besides the servers have been online during all 5 of these days. Might not have been for the full 24 hours during all 5 days but they were online. If it isn't at a convenient time for you then that's your problem. Zenimax still delivered. Your magazine won't ask what day and time you want your toaster delivering.

Actually most European retailers don't charge you for your preorders until the day they dispatch them. I was playing ESO early access before my money was taken.
I just have a burning hatred for stupid people, I merely wanted to explain that Zenimax did nothing wrong.
