Eye-briar gemmed tatto doesn't affect my lips.

I thought eye-briar gemmed tatto affected lips, but now it seems doesn't work. check it plz

✭✭✭✭✭ZOS removed the lipstick part after complaints that the lipstick looked terrible on most characters, especially darker skinned races. So currently the eye-briar does not include the pale lipstick and is just the tattoo on the face.
