How can I know how high ticket volume they have at the moment?

Somewhere on a forum post I read that sometimes they display a little flag on support site that says they have higher ticket volume than usual, but now I dont see such anywhere and Im getting responses very very slowly....

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

Naah man, I had 2 tickets the last month. And I got answered within 20 minutes on a Sunday. They have busy times, but it's definitely not a way to buy them more time.For every player that quits, more will join in my name - Molag Bal 2E 5830 -
