How can I know how high ticket volume they have at the moment?
Somewhere on a forum post I read that sometimes they display a little flag on support site that says they have higher ticket volume than usual, but now I dont see such anywhere and Im getting responses very very slowly....
It's the default response that buys them more time.
They are always experiencing high ticket volume / call volume.
Please listen carefully, as the menu options have always changed.
Naah man, I had 2 tickets the last month. And I got answered within 20 minutes on a Sunday. They have busy times, but it's definitely not a way to buy them more time.
